摘要
近年来,国家教育政策不断做出新的调整,从《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要2010-2020》的制定到“中国学生发展核心素养”的提出再到高考政策的改革,在这些政策调整中,生涯教育这一关键词也逐渐成为教育者关注的焦点。高中生正处于生涯发展的重要阶段,如何提高高中生涯教育管理水平,确保生涯教育目标的实现,是学校作为管理者应该思考的重要问题。
本研究通过文献法,理清生涯教育理论涵义、教育内容及生涯教育管理的范围,编制《髙中生涯教育管理调査问卷》,在个案学校中对学生和教师进行问卷调査和访谈,并对调査结果和访谈结果进行分析整理,全面了解个案学校在髙中生涯教育管理方面的现状。
通过分析,个案学校在髙中生涯教育管理方面存在的主要问题有:高二、髙三年级生涯教育管理效果较差;生涯教育管理中制度管理落实方面欠缺;课程安排各年级不平衡、缺少对课程内容和课程评价的检査、无法保证课程开展;缺乏生涯教育课程形式的监督管理;学校在生涯教育中资源支持不足。
分析问题的成因,最后提出针对个案学校高中生涯教育管理的对策建议:重视教育管理的科学性,消除生涯教育中的“断层”现象;真正由内而外的重视生涯教育管理,拒绝“盲目跟风”;发挥部门管理特点,加强部门间的协同合作;注重“人”在生涯教育管理中的重要地位,激发教师和学生参与管理;加强生涯教育教科研管理,完善专业教师队伍建设;加强生涯教育课程管理,促进教师备课交流,将生涯教育纳入教学评价制度;强化资源保障管理,加强学校公共关系建设。

Abstract
In recent years, the state education policy has made new adjustments. With theformulation of the “the National Medium and Long-term Education Reform andDevelopment Plan 2010-2020” , the proposal of “the core qualities of Chinesestudents’ development” and the reform of the college entrance examination policy,career education has gradually become the concern of educators. Senior high schoolstudents are at the important stage of career development. How to improve themanagement level of career education in senior high school and to ensure therealization of career education goals is an important issue that schools shouldconsider as managers.
Through literature research, this study illuminates the theoretical meaningand the content of career education and the scope of career education management.
Then “Questionnaire on Career Education Management in Senior High Schools” comesinto being. Questionnaires and interviews are conducted among students andteachers in a senior high school in Tianjin. Based on the analysis of the resultsof the questionnaires and interviews, the research fully understands the currentstatus of case school in senior high school career education management.
Through the analysis, the main problems in the management of case school careereducation are as follows: poor effect of career education management in seniortwo and senior three; lack of system management in career education management;unbalanced planning of the career education courses in senior grades, lack ofreview of course content and course evaluation, and no guarantee of regular course;lack of supervision and management in the form of career education courses;deficiency of resource support in career education.
This paper analyzes the causes of the problems, and finally puts forward thecountermeasures and suggestions for the management of high school career educationin case schools: attach importance to the scientific nature of the educationmanagement and eliminate the ^fault^ phenomenon in the career education; reallyvalue the management of career education from the inside to the outside and refuseto “blindly follow the wind” ; give full play to the characteristics ofdepartmental management and strengthen cooperation among departments; payattention to the important position of "people" in the management of careereducation, stimulate the participation of teachers and students, strengthen themanagement of scientific research in career education, improve the constructionof professional teachers, strengthen the management of career education, promoteiiteachers, exchange of lessons, bring career education into Teaching evaluationsystem, strengthen the management of resource and strengthen the construction ofschool public relations.
