流动性比率是最常用的财务指标，它用于测量企业偿还短期债务的能力。其计算公式为：流动性比率＝流动资产/流动负债，其计算数据来自于资产负债表。一般说来，流动性比率越高，企业偿还短期债务的能力越强。一般情况下，营业周期、流动资产中应收账款数额和存货的周转速度是影响流动性比率的主要因素。
计算出来的流动性比率，只有和同行业平均流动性比率、本企业历史的流动性比率进行比较，才能知道这个比率是高还是低。一般认为，生产企业合理的最低流动比率是2。这是因为流动资产中变现能力最差的存货金额约占流动资产总额的一半，剩下的流动性较强的流动资产至少要等于流动负债，企业的短期偿债能力才会有保证。
在运用流动比率指标进行经营评价状况时，债权人大多认为流动比率越高越好,但从管理的角度来看,该指标应该有一个上限,流动比率过高,有可能表明公司资金的运用效率不高。

速动比率 又称“酸性试验”。反映企业速动资产与流动负债的比率，是衡量企业短期偿债能力的通用比率。其计算公式为：

银行间拆借利率就是A银行到B银行贷款一天的利率， 如果是个人就叫借款,如果是银行就叫拆借.。它的意思就是各银行间进行短期的相互借贷所适用的利率，通常是隔夜拆借或者1—7天内拆借，它是发达货币市场上最基本和最核心的利率。

许多其他利率都要直接或间接地受到银行间拆借利率变动的影响，甚至其变动的国际影响也很剧烈（比如美国联邦基金利率和著名的
“LIBOR”），所以银行间拆借利率通常可以作为一国利率市场化程度的重要参考。
对于同一个银行来说,它有拆借和拆出两个利率,拆借和拆出的差额,就是银行的获利部分。

央行与商业银行之间有拆借市场，商业银行之间也存在拆借市场（同业拆借），同业拆借利率比照央行与商业银行之间的拆借市场利率执行， 同业拆借市场亦称“同业拆放市场”，是金融机构之间进行短期、临时性头寸调剂的市场。
同业拆借市场最早出现于美国，其形成的根本原因在于法定存款准备金制度的实施。按照美国1913年通过的“联邦储备法”的规定，加入联邦储备银行的会员银行，必须按存款数额的一定比率向联邦储备银行缴纳法定存款准备金。
而由于清算业务活动和日常收付数额的变化，总会出现有的银行存款准备金多余，有的银行存款准备金不足的情况。存款准备金多余的银行需要把多余部分运用，以获得利息收入，而存款准备金不足的银行又必须设法借入资金以弥补准备金缺口，否则就会因延缴或少缴准备金而受到央行的经济处罚。
在这种情况下，存款准备金多余和不足的银行，在客观上需要互相调剂。于是，1921 年在美国纽约形成了以调剂联邦储备银行会员银行的准备金头寸为内容的联邦基金市场。
在经历了20世纪3Q年代的第一次资本主义经济危机之后，西方各国普遍强化了中央银行的作用，相继引入法定存款准备金制度作为控制商业银行信用规模的手段，与此相适应，同业拆借市场也得到了较快发展。在经历了长时间的运行与发展过程之后，当今西方国家的同业拆借市场，较之形成之时，无论在交易内容开放程度方面，还是在融资规模等方面，都发生了深刻变化。

拆借交易不仅仅发生在银行之间，还扩展到银行与其他金融机构之间。从拆借目的看，已不仅仅限于补足存款准备和轧平票据交换头寸，金融机构如在经营过程中出现暂时的、临时性的资金短缺，也可进行拆借。
更重要的是同业拆借已成为银行实施资产负债管理的有效工具。由于同业拆借的期限较短，风险较小，许多银行都把短期闲置资金投放于该市场，以利于及时调整资产负债结构、，保持资产的流动性。特别是那些市场份额有限，承受经营风险能力脆弱的中小银行，更是把同业拆借市场作为短期资金经常性运用的场所，力图通过这种作法提高资产质量，降低经营风险，增加利息收入.。
所以我认为在银行头寸充足的情况下，拆借市场对银行难以形成较大的影响，但现在的情况不同，前段时间，央行刚刚提高了存款准备金率，造成银行头寸非常紧张，此种情况下，拆借市场利率必然会对商业银行的日常运作形成很大的影响。

敞口头寸（Open position）
敞口头寸是指由于没有及时抵补（covered）而形成的某种货币买入过多（long position）或某种货币卖出过多（short position）。敞口头寸限额一般需规定敞口头寸的金额和允许的时间。
